Lawanda Holliman (COL, ret) is a leadership development coach and colleague/friend who urged Leslie to publish her work after witnessing the metamorphosis of others following readings.
Writing, whether privately in a journal, or more publicly when shared with others extends the personal growth from a time of introspection and self-awareness. Think of it this way: you may never know how your words, written or spoken touch someone on a given day. This is a gift. We are blessed with two authors today in Justin and Leslie, and three veterans who share the value and potential of words to heal, support, and extend value to others.
