Scott Fowler is the father of a child with autism and founder of http://www.mypieceofthepuzzle.org/. Prior to starting his program, Scott was School Administrator in Prince William County, VA working with special needs students and their support teams. Scott has deep personal parenting experience to share about the challenges of families with children on the autism spectrum.
Parents of children with special needs in the military quickly learn that they are their own best advocates. There are approximately 25,000 children with autism in the military community and the demands of relocations, specific protocols, and access to the myriad therapists needed for optimal quality of life improvement are daunting.
